Annual Dinner 年度大餐

All the employee of Patimas Computer Bhd have once again planned a night of dinner and dancing to celebrate Annual Dinner.

The 2008 Annual’s Dinner is in its Twenty Two year and will be Jan. 18 at Equatorial Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

Mary Williams, managing director for Patimas, said this is a fun event and it’s only organise for all our Patimas's employees.

“This is a really one year once event,” she said. “As a matter of fact, a large majority of the people who have join in past 15 years already, now still sit between us."
The evening will begin with a reception at 6 p.m., followed with dinner at 7 p.m. There will be a live performance at 8 p.m. and lucky draw from 9 p.m. to midnight with music by the Wright Brothers.

“We have some really exciting lucky draw items this year,” Williams said. “We have 42' LG LCD and HP Notebook for Lucky Draw.”

The 2007 Most Sweety words Award awarded to Jeff Lim, our VP on Sales and Marketing.

“We have approximately 250 employees, mostly ladies,” he said. “And we are hoping to get more guy to come join our family. So it will more equal and match.”

In between, they aso playing few type of game like guessing song, dancing queen, it is a lot of fun.

This the vacuum cleaner i get from lucky draw during in the dinner, Yeap...i'm quite lucky with this number,78. It very useful to me, because I need to clean my room since CNY is coming soon.

KFC Triple XL Burger

Today i feel so hungry during lunch time, So, I start searching around for something really big plate and chaep. I tried the KFC Triple XL Burger, the latest burger from KFC. Saw the advertisement yesterday in newspaper. Then today i passby KFC. So decided to try it out as i used to try all the new burger from McD and KFC. Just like to try new stuffs.

So this is it. Nice packaging.

Ehmm to me is no different lor. Same like the previous zinger. Even with cheese ehmm also kinda same. While the bread i feel better. More soft. As usual for KFC new stuff. Look like can share with 2 people, really big.Just go and try it.

Primary School Gathering 小学同学会

It has been almost 2 years since I last met some of my primary school best friends. They are still as pinky and princessy as before. We turned up in a casual wear but only one guy wear in formal. Our dress sense has always been quite different I guess. Shit colours are more for me.

We met up at Utara Cafe @ Armada Hotel for buffer dinner at night. Despite not meeting for a few years, the distant feeling was absent. We could still talk to each other like before and we managed to summaries our happenings of the recent years in the almost three hours of dinner. After we were done with our food, it's the usual photo-taking session after everyone is full.




Notice that none of the photos has both of us in funny faces? Apparently, the one taking the photo would concentrate on taking the photo and forgot to make the funny face. After taking more than a dozen of unsatisfactory neoprints, we decided to get a cup to handle my camera to take a final good picture for us. Do our face still same when we are still young? I managed to dig out some old pictures of us.

The dresses should give some hint I guess. When we were young, parents always like to dress us up in similar dresses though the colour can differ slightly. Or maybe the kids like it too. And the dumb hairstyle cut by our mums. Gross man. By the way, the picture was taken sixteen years ago!!!!!!!!!! We were nine years old (Primary 3). Really missed the days when we have the occasional outings. hee...

17 years of friendship!!!!!! OMG!!!! I feel so old suddenly. Old pal, we must meet up again soon k? Don't wait for another 3 years ah. Maybe we can do something for our 20th anniversary. hee..

New Company Environment 新公司新环境

It's look good. This is my 1st company with a so natural environment. The feeling is like coming to relax and not to work. Here got 250 employee, 16 companies mainly Chinese. It located in Technology Park Malaysia (TPM), it has it own building, inside the building got own swimming pool, bistro, hall, gym room, sauna, badminton court,...a lots of flexibilities here. Well, i like here, i will do hard.



Working here really enjoy and flexible, the important thing is you have to discipline yourself to achieve your target and finish your task on time. Other than that, you can manage your own time.So, i like to working in this office environment. While compare to ex-company, here really better in terms of employee benefits, flexibilities, comfortable and must more organize. Let do hard here!

New Year Wish 新的目标

What is your new year wish? HOW often have you said, “This year, I want to exercise more and have a healthier body,” and then left it at that after the echoes of festive toasts faded off?

Well, make it happen for 2008. I read this article in The Star ( 1-1-08). It's state:-

"You don’t have to worry about not knowing what to do, not having the time to go to the gym, or even not being able to afford the membership fees.

You can get a full-body workout right in your own home, using a seven-step plan that will help you build a fitter physique. The steps work all the muscles in your body and pumps up your blood flow. In turn, that increases the body’s metabolism and burns more calories."
I got this plan aso. So i think i will get a set of sport kit soon.

The 7-Step Workout

You should aim to do each step at least 15 times, thrice weekly, before you start seeing results in about a month. . Do not fret if, initially, you can’t complete the required amount of rounds for each step. Do not over-exert your body as it will hurt your joints and muscles.



Try to achieve a minimum of 10 rounds, then slowly build up resistance by increasing weights and the number of rounds from 15 to 20.

1) Warm up : To loosen the muscles
2) Push-up :This push-up move works your triceps. You do not need a yoga mat as you can use a towel or even do it on the floor.
3) 3 Bend over row : Stand with legs hip-width apart, with knees bent at 45°. Make sure that your knees do not extend beyond your toes. Hold the dumb-bells and make sure that your back is straight when bending forward, with your arms in front.
4) Squat with shoulder press : This works the thighs and arms.
5) Bend over trap press : This works the upper back and shoulder muscles.
6) Pullover crunch : Works your abs.
7 Prone Skydiver : Lie on your chest and stomach with both hands at your side. As you pull your arms to the back, lift your legs as high as you can whilst keeping your thighs and stomach on the ground.

Complete at least 15 reps.The 7-Step Plan is demonstrated by Ahmad Faeez Mohamad Bustaman, assistant fitness manager at Fitness First.

Happy New year 2008! How you all celebrate my friends? Me enjoy with my pass colleague having dinner @ Ban Ton, Bukit Bintang. We spent around RM650 for 9 person in these new year eve.

Our table was so nice near by the concert area, we enjoy the music on the stage, and the people warming around us. And further more, we sit under the fireworks. It's so fanstatic. We start to countdown and mix with the people that playing the ice spray wen the clock show 12am sharp.

Wahaha..today i really very happy, long time did not smile on my face. Today i can laugh from my heart. I really feel enjoy, freedom, and so lucky. In this Christmas, i make a wish and pray to Him. He is listen to me, and make my wish happen. Really Thanks. I always believe on You.

Merry Christmas 聖誕快樂

Merry Christmas Everyone! How you all going to celebrate? Dancing whole night OR hang around in the city? Me..celebrate with my family @ home. very enjoyable.

Today i just open my present from my friends, it is a doll with a Christmas sock written there 'Season Greeting'. Another also a Christmas doll from different friends.Thanks ya!I like it.



And i receive a lots of SMS from all of my friends. Some from friend that very long time never meet at all, some from the friend that i miss a lot, and of course my good friends. The most SMS message that i like and i get it sharp on 12am is :

I like Christmas very very very much. Not because of the shining Christmas decoration, Not because i can receive a lots presents from everyone ( In fact nope at all..haha). Is because one person, his named Jesus.

Renew Gate Paint 迎新除旧

Wow..another 1 month and 10 days is CNY lor,so fast.. thinking back, look like i done nothing, still remain the same..hai~~.

I PROMISE myself, i want to be change in the coming year. I will try hard, word hard and never give up. Wait and see...

Thinking my house gate so many year never paint already. So, today i so free, while enjoying my Christmas holidays, I start to renew my gate paint. From Green to Scarlet. See..nice? People say my house look like Kindergarden hahaha.... Anyway, i like it.

2007年巳走到了尽头，全新一年的降临，带来的应该是充满朝气与希望的气象。

回望过去的365个日子，毕竟是有苦也有乐、有好也有坏。不论是喜或是悲，都得面对与接受。每个人的遭遇与经历，肯定不会是一样，有人得意、有人却失意，在起起落落的过程当中，一些人得到很多，一些人却失去更多，一年的岁月与光景，确实可以改变太多的人与事。

纵然如此，人还是得学习忘掉一切的不如意事。2007年不能对我来说算是风平浪静的一年，无论在工作或感情上依旧存在着许多有待改善的问题。也许我要学习的还有很多很多。

巳发生了的，不能说忘就忘，更不可就此不了了之而忘得一干二净。

然而，日子再难捱，明天还是要继续。一年又捱过去了，但接下来的一年，又会是什么状态呢？

或许，只能感叹：年年难过年年过，哭笑都是人生，与其哭对挫折，不如笑对风云，这样会好过得多。反正，旧的终归会过去，新的接连而来，除旧迎新又一年，但愿2008年的我，答应过自己会改变，更努力，更坚强，向梦想前进！

Gathering 冬至团圆

22 December every year, is a special day for chinese, we called it "dong zhi" (冬至). I like today, you know why? Because i can cook "tang yuan" （汤圆)with my mum. My family like to eat it very much. So normally we will do it together, my mum say it call "Gather Together A Family"(团圆). Normally we have two color, white（男/银） and red (女/金）. Then we mix it with sweet soup. Wow...yummy..
