Annual Dinner 年度大餐

All the employee of Patimas Computer Bhd have once again planned a night of dinner and dancing to celebrate Annual Dinner.

The 2008 Annual’s Dinner is in its Twenty Two year and will be Jan. 18 at Equatorial Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

Mary Williams, managing director for Patimas, said this is a fun event and it’s only organise for all our Patimas's employees.

“This is a really one year once event,” she said. “As a matter of fact, a large majority of the people who have join in past 15 years already, now still sit between us."
The evening will begin with a reception at 6 p.m., followed with dinner at 7 p.m. There will be a live performance at 8 p.m. and lucky draw from 9 p.m. to midnight with music by the Wright Brothers.

“We have some really exciting lucky draw items this year,” Williams said. “We have 42' LG LCD and HP Notebook for Lucky Draw.”

The 2007 Most Sweety words Award awarded to Jeff Lim, our VP on Sales and Marketing.

“We have approximately 250 employees, mostly ladies,” he said. “And we are hoping to get more guy to come join our family. So it will more equal and match.”

In between, they aso playing few type of game like guessing song, dancing queen, it is a lot of fun.

This the vacuum cleaner i get from lucky draw during in the dinner, Yeap...i'm quite lucky with this number,78. It very useful to me, because I need to clean my room since CNY is coming soon.

KFC Triple XL Burger

Today i feel so hungry during lunch time, So, I start searching around for something really big plate and chaep. I tried the KFC Triple XL Burger, the latest burger from KFC. Saw the advertisement yesterday in newspaper. Then today i passby KFC. So decided to try it out as i used to try all the new burger from McD and KFC. Just like to try new stuffs.

So this is it. Nice packaging.

Ehmm to me is no different lor. Same like the previous zinger. Even with cheese ehmm also kinda same. While the bread i feel better. More soft. As usual for KFC new stuff. Look like can share with 2 people, really big.Just go and try it.

Nagomi Shabu Shabu

Today i going to Digital Mall in Section 14 to buy some DVD for burning all my stuff. When Me driving and pass by Jaya33 combines an office tower and dining at the lower levels. It's launch so many months ago, but i didn't walk in this building before. So i plan to go inside to search around and find something is new about this building when i got more time. Well, there is alot of dinning restaurant over there, look very high class, i means not cheap to spent in this kind of restaurant. But got 1 shop very different, and attract my eye.

This restaurant called Nagomi Shabu Shabu, the environment inside clean and nice, and the food they serve is fresh and quite unit. Nagomi which serves shabu shabu and Japanese sushi and sashimi items. The owners also own another Japanese restaurant at Tropicana Golf and Country Club. Here got serve Kobe, Japaneses sushi and Japanese dessert. At this place, you won't get any fishballs as they only serve sliced beef, sliced chicken, salmon, duck, mixed seafood and vegetables with their shabu shabu.

So i try to search other comments about this restaurant like in Masak-Masak and from their homepage as NagomiShabuShabu.com also. I found all comments also not bad, and willing to try it next month with my friend that like Japaneses cuisine. Let's try it, then i let you know my comment.

Gathering 冬至团圆

22 December every year, is a special day for chinese, we called it "dong zhi" (冬至). I like today, you know why? Because i can cook "tang yuan" （汤圆)with my mum. My family like to eat it very much. So normally we will do it together, my mum say it call "Gather Together A Family"(团圆). Normally we have two color, white（男/银） and red (女/金）. Then we mix it with sweet soup. Wow...yummy..








自古以來中國人就相當重視冬至這一天，成為農曆年前的重要節日，甚至有冬至大如年的說法，冬至也稱為「冬節」。一般來說，全家團圓吃湯圓「添歲」，通常是在湯圓內加入薑汁去熬煮小湯圓，是現代人最熟知的習俗之一。
